So about a week ago or so I got an email from someone at SYNEK and decided to look into what they had sent me. Now I get emails from different places and some I do something about and some I don't. This looked interesting so I figured I'd check it out. This company has a Kickstarter going on right now to get financing for this project. So you may be wondering what is so different about this dispenser. Well it takes a bladder that can be filled with any beer and the beer remains fresh for up to 30 days. For me this is a great idea because the bladder is only a gallon. So its not a huge commitment to a large volume as in a keg and it remains fresh unlike a growler. The dispenser is small and sits on a counter top and it keeps beer at an optimal temperature. I've written about problems I had with other dispensers and that was one of my main reasons for not home brewing. This dispenser would also help to solve that problem by giving you other means by which to ferment your brew. Now I have not tried out this product but I would love to get my hands on one when it comes out. I think this would be a great addition to any man cave or even kitchen. I am really hoping this project gets funded and it makes it to market because I think it would be a great innovation for the beer world. If you are looking for more information you can check out their press release.
